Cuenta la historia de Mei Xiaoge, secretario del Comité del Partido Comunista de China (PCCh) del distrito
Guangming (significa "brillante" en chino), y sus colegas, quienes unen al pueblo para construir el distrito,

Antes del XIX Congreso Nacional del PCCh, Mei Xiaoge asumió el cargo de jefe del distrito de Guangming y se
convirtió en colega de Lu Qingshan y Ai Xianzhi, que son respectivamente secretario y vicesecretario de la rama
